The Neighborhood M-51 MOD Coat is a military coat with integrated hood, modified from the M-51 fishtail coat. The main body fabric is made of soft textured back satin and a separate fabric is made of sulphide-dyed back satin that easily fades. Details such as original insignia tape placed on the left chest, asymmetrical multiple pockets and concealed snap front buttons. Olive drab-coloured name tag at the left hem and pith seam attached to the side seam.
